Casual Consultation

This is recommended if:

• You want to know if alternative medicine is suitable for your pet’s condition
• Your pet is healthy and you want to try natural diet, herbs and supplements for wellness and longevity
• New puppy or kitten

Casual Consultation service does not include:

• Medical review to check drug-herb interactions
• Written custom treatment plan
• Custom diet recipes
• Discount for follow-up consultations

Follow-up consultation starts from 30 min. Please select from phone, video call and email.

You can add extra 15, 30, 45 or 60 min to extend the consultation time. Extra time is recommended if:

• You want to discuss multiple therapies, e.g., diet and herbs
• Your pet has multiple or complex conditions
• Your pet has developed a new medical condition

We offer consultations on weekends and some weeknights for busy pet owners.

Deposit

A deposit is required for all new patients.

If you pay the full amount of your consultation fee during booking, you will receive a 5% discount for herbs and nutraceutical products as a thank-you for saving our time!

All payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, and we do not have access to your information on these secure payment platforms. We NEVER ask your credit card information or cash payment. 

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time for phone and video consultations and up to 48 hours before your appointment time for email consultations.

Cancellation after this deadline will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

If you want to change your booking type, please reply to the booking confirmation email.

All refunds are processed within 2-3 days of cancellation.
